Zachariah Thorp-Harding drugs case adjourned to July

A man arrested following a motel room raid in Batemans Bay 11 days ago remains behind bars this morning after his case was mentioned in court.

Zachariah Thorp-Harding is facing nine charges including three counts of supplying a prohibited drug, possessing a commercial quantity of vapes and dealing with the proceeds of crime.

Police alleged they discovered a range of different drugs and almost $50,000 cash at the waterfront motel after a tip off.

Yesterday the 22-year-old’s lawyer request a lengthy adjournment to work through the details of the case, which was granted.

Thorp-Harding will be back in court on July 20.
