A judge has expressed frustration at yet another case being listed in the wrong Far South Coast court.
The matter involving alleged Cobargo petrol station armed robber Brodie Seffelaar was listed in Batemans Bay Local Court yesterday.
Judge Doug Dick told the court…the case should have been adjourned by the Sydney based online Bail Division Court to Bega and that he would contact the Chief Judge about it..

This type of administrative stuff up has occurred repeatedly since the Bail Court was introduced by the State Government last year.
