A man accused of holding up a Cobargo petrol station at gunpoint earlier this month will not see inside a court room for two months.
Brodie Seffelaar did not appear on screen from prison when his case was briefly mentioned in Batemans Bay Local Court yesterday.
Police allege the 30-year-old fled the servo on the Princes Highway with cash and cigarettes late on May 5.

His lawyer Ted Neaves told the court Seffelaar did not oppose an eight-week adjournment.
The case will be next listed on July 14 Bega Local Court.
