A man charged with setting fire to a KFC and stealing $60,000 from a Batemans Bay club is back in jail three weeks after being released on bail.
37-year-old Adam O’Connell from Karabar appeared in the Batemans Bay Local Court dock dressed in prison greens.
The court was told his return to custody was in relation to different matters to the alleged offences including the robbery at the Catalina Club in September last year.

O’Connell asked if he could apply for bail but the Judge told him that would need to be requested in writing to Queanbeyan Local Court, where the other case is listed.
He also told the court he had sacked his legal team because they were not following his instructions.
