The NSW Land and Environment has been asked to rule what piece of legislation governs the placement and use of a tiny house on wheels in the Bega Valley.
The decision, to be handed down by Commissioner Elizabeth Espinosa on a date to be fixed, follows a two-day landmark hearing last Thursday and Friday.
The court by Bega Valley Shire Council that Environmental Planning and Assessment Act applies while a Coolagolite landowner’s barrister argued it was Section 77 of the Local Government Act.
