“For us it is a testament to what we are producing here is top-quality.

“We have our own farm in the Tilba Tilba Valley and we also buy some milk from Tim and Leanne Salway in Cobargo as well, it’s all pure jersey milk and it’s all local.

“I think it’s testament to how the farms are run, the soil quality, the quality the animals, the guys and girls who are milking in the cows and the care that’s taken to look after the product once it arrives here, to treat it and put it into bottles and it comes out so fresh and creamy and beautiful.

“From those involved in getting milk, cheese, yoghurt and cream from Tilba Dairy Factory out to our wonderful consumers that support the product,” she said.

“From the farm to the transport, to the administration, to the bottling, to the cheese and yoghurt making and also to the people who actually support locally made products, thank you, thank you, thank you.”
