100 new jobs announced at Bega Cheese won’t be advertised for some time yet.
The positions are part of the consolidation of cheese processing and packing operations at their North Bega site, which will undergo a $50 million overhaul.
The decision will see 300 jobs lost in Victoria to create the 100 new roles in Bega.

Executive Barry Irvin said he doesn’t expect to bring on the new jobs until the new year.
