A mum has been fined $6000 for failing to send her three children to school.
The woman did not show up at Batemans Bay Local Court where the case was listed earlier this week.
The court heard despite previous warnings about the kids attendance remains unsatisfactory to the Department of Education.

Judge Doug Dick told the court they are criminal charges and the only option is a conviction and fine.
She’s been fined $2000 for each of the three children.
