The drug driving case against one of two men killed in a head-on crash at Nelligen last month has been formally discontinued.
22-year-old local Mirko Tomicic and 59 year old Michael Pearlman from Canberra died when their vehicles collided on the Kings Highway on June 21.
We revealed last week that Tomicic had appeared in court seven days earlier charged with drug driving for the second time.

In Batemans Local Court, police informed Judge Doug Dick the accused is now deceased and withdrew the charge.
The Tomicic family has raised almost $27,000 from a GoFundMe campaign to pay for his funeral.
