The Cabarita Hub is interested in attracting the following service providers to the space:

-Rehabilitation services
-Childcare.

The Bega Valley Regional Learning Centre was sold for a total of $3,300,000 which Mr McMahon said would likely be used for reinvestment.

“The proceeds from the sale of the centre will be placed in an internally restricted reserve that will be used for future development or reinvestment into Council property.”
