A man facing serious charges has been late for court after his lawyer advised his client had been stopped by police on the way.
Joshua Hicks is charged in connection to the ram raid theft of a cash rewards machine from the Catalina Club, which allegedly netted him and his co-accused $60,000.
The DPP has successfully sought an adjournment to allow some details of the case against his co-accused Adam O’Connell to be agreed upon.

The matter will return to court on September 7.
