A man accused of being involved in an alleged fight outside Batemans Bay Local Court has been refused bail for the second time.
Michael McFarlane Potts appeared in the same court via video link yesterday afternoon following 63 days in custody.
He is facing one count of affray following the alleged incident on April 13.

Judge Doug Dick has ruled the 26-year-old did not show cause on why he should be freed from custody.
The matter adjourned to August 10.
