Sous Chef – Broulee Brewhouse Love great food, fresh ingredients and a coastal lifestyle? Broulee Brewhouse is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team. We’re a laid-back brewery and beer garden serving high-quality, consistent meals designed to complement our craft beers. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to help run kitchen operations and ensure a consistent and quality meal service. Responsibilities include: Support the Head Chef in Kitchen Operations – Assist in planning, preparing, and executing menus while ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes. Supervise Kitchen Staff – Oversee and train junior chefs, cooks, and kitchen hands to maintain efficiency, safety, and high culinary standards. Maintain Food Safety and Hygiene Standards – Ensure compliance with all food handling, storage, and sanitation regulations. Inventory and Ordering – Monitor stock levels, manage ordering of supplies, and help control food costs and wastage. For most of the year, our kitchen runs five days a week (Wed–Sun until 8pm), so you’ll enjoy a healthy work-life balance while working in a fun, ambitious environment alongside an award-winning brewery team.
