Required to complete day to day office tasks, such as: -organising and running WHS meetings -help maintain various registers accurately -policy and procedure updates and implementation -account keeping Records -all employees are subject to random drug and alcohol testing and must participate as part of their employment

Knowledge of the Local Greater Batemans Bay Area is highly desirable High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong Customer Service Experience with the ability to resolve and respond to complaints and compliments The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced constant changing environment Minimum intermediate Computer skills, with experience in full Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Also required to learn various programs and databases managed by Transport for NSW A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving and research Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to tackle any task put forward by CEO and Operations Manager Valid drivers licence required Must have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check
