Key Responsibilities: General grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming Weed control and basic landscaping duties Operating and maintaining grounds keeping equipment and tools Litter removal and upkeep of outdoor areas Assisting with seasonal planting and garden care Identifying and reporting maintenance issues Requirements: Ability to take instructions and work as a team Previous experience in grounds keeping, landscaping, or a similar role Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers, and blowers Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s licence (preferred but not essential) Flexibility to work weekend shifts.
