We are seeking an experienced Foreman to take charge of our aluminium window and door manufacturing facility. This is a leadership position where you will oversee all daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are met without compromising on quality. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the bridge between the office and the workshop floor, driving efficiency and maintaining a high standard of safety. Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end production of aluminium windows and doors. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule factory staff to maximise daily output. Quality Control: Ensure every product leaving the floor meets company and Australian standards. Reporting: Provide regular updates on production timelines and material requirements to the Managing Director. Workflow Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to factory processes and machinery use.
