This is a permanent full-time role in the Employment Relations team, based at Moruya. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with managers to provide sound HR advice, support workforce planning, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with HR regulations and drive initiatives that enable work areas to achieve their goals. The starting salary for this position is $87,963 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
