A 23-year-old man accused of possessing and supplying commercial quantities of drugs, weapons and $47,000 cash in a hotel room has made his first physical appearance in court after being released on $10,000 bail two weeks ago.
Zachariah Thorp-Harding sat in Batemans Bay Local Court yesterday after his previous appearances where via video link from prison.
The court has heard the DPP has elected to run the case against Thorp-Harding in the District Court, where higher penalties can be imposed.

The matter was adjourned till September 28.
