The long running case against a Surfside man accused of possessing millions in illegally obtained bitcoin has been delayed for another three weeks.

39-year-old Jamie Lawrence Powrie is charged with dealing with property of the proceeds of crime equal to $5 million or more, failing to comply with a digital evidence access order and supplying prohibited drugs of indictable quantity.

Batemans Bay Local Court has been told an unnamed co-accused has just had fresh charges laid against them.

Powrie was arrested in May last year during a raid on his home and was only released on bail six weeks ago.

Judge Doug Dick has adjourned the matter until August 17 and continued his bail.
