Managing a 300 cow Jersey Herd and the milking team based in Tilba. The manager will have the day-to-day responsibilities for milking, dairy hygiene & pest control, herd recording & mastitis control, managing & training staff, feed mixing for the dairy and feed pad, procurement & maintaining the appropriate stock levels of grain, Easy Dairy Herd management & cow collars, Dry cow management both in & out of the dairy, Pasture management & rotation and fertilization management.
