Skills Required
You’re a motivated, hands-on professional with experience in construction and maintenance environments. You’re comfortable working with machinery and equipment, understand their capabilities, and are ready to roll up your sleeves to undertake physical labour as part of Council’s day to day works. You bring strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and computer skills, enabling you to supervise and mentor teams and contractors, while helping deliver construction and maintenance projects on time and to standard. You hold a relevant Certificate III qualification (or are willing to complete one with Council support), with higher related qualifications regarded as an advantage. Does this sound like you?
