Narooma locals are being called on this morning to get behind a fundraiser for the man shot in an armed robbery of a local pub a week ago.
Popular Narooma Hotel employee Thomas is recovery in The Canberra Hospital from the gunshot wound sustained in the incident late last Friday night that has shaken the town.
Friends say while workers compensation will cover the medical expenses the money raised will support the ongoing expenses of Thomas and his partner Mercedes.
