SERVICE ADVISOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE & WARRANTY MANAGER

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our service and parts front of house team. The role includes providing professional customer service on the counter, taking phone bookings, repair order invoicing as well as warranty approval and claim administration. We are a dynamic dealership with several leading brands and look after new vehicles, accessories as well as service, warranty, and repairs. The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, highly organised and able to work as part of a team. Experience in the automotive service industry and or manufacturer warranty processes would be an advantage. Above award salary and conditions offered depending on experience.
