Manslaughter case faces further delays

Further delays to the case of a Long Beach man charged with the manslaughter of his partner.

Craig Virtue was arrested after a coronial into the death of Kerry Reindhardt was halted part heard.

Batemans Bay Local Court has heard the DPP requested a further five-week adjournment despite the matter already being delayed by two months.

Court papers state police accuse Virtue of being negligent in his actions towards Ms Reinhardt who took her own life after the 2019/20 bushfires.
