Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair motors and other systems Perform regular maintenance on engines (inboard/outboard), fuel systems, transmissions, steering systems, and cooling systems. Troubleshoot and repair marine electronics such as GPS, sounders, radios, and navigation systems. Conduct water testing and other performance tests when necessary. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Install new equipment such as engines, batteries, and marine electronics. Provide customers with repair estimates and technical advice when needed. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and maritime regulations. Keep tools and work area clean and organized. Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certifications. Supervise and train junior staff and apprentices where required
