Skills Required
We can teach you product knowledge but not attitude. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude that also gets along with people including your co-workers. Reading and writing English is a must. Weekend work is required and is shared amongst the team. Your day-to-day duties will be to engage with customers, listen to their requirements, offer products, and close the sale. Ordering and receiving goods and organising deliveries is also on the job description plus a whole heap of other general duties that are required to maintain a beautiful furniture showroom like dusting tables, straightening cushions and vacuuming. We would prefer full time but can be flexible for the right person. Package would be around $53K (depending on experience and hours worked) plus bonus and incentives, superannuation and a very generous staff purchase discount.
