Key Responsibilities: – Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department across Toyota, Hyundai, Ford, MG, and Subaru. – Lead, support, and develop a team of experienced parts interpreters. – Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and maintain strong supplier relationships. – Build and maintain relationships with service departments, workshop teams, and trade clients. – Ensure timely and accurate ordering, receipting, and distribution of parts. – Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, and department performance. – Ensure compliance with manufacturer processes and warranty procedures.
