Proven experience as a panel beater (apprenticeship or trade qualification preferred) Strong knowledge of repair techniques and workshop equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings and job sheets Excellent attention to detail and workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license Friendly and supportive working environment Modern workshop with up-to-date tools and equipment
