The Major News
There were plenty of massive announcements for the blockbuster fans. The show closed with The Witcher III: Remastered, dropping this September as a free upgrade featuring revamped combat and mechanics, perfect preparation for the 2027 expansion. Xbox showed off a dramatic story trailer for Gears of War: E-Day, confirming it is still locked in for an October release as a console exclusive.
Role-playing fans got an exciting look at Final Fantasy VII: Revelation, scheduled for 2027, which promises to cap off the remake trilogy with serious flair.
We also saw Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons, a single-player magical adventure starring Maggie Robertson, and Game of Thrones: War for Westeros, a real-time strategy game developed in Australia, coming to PC in early 2027.
