Another Eurovision is on the horizon and Australian has picked it’s next representative.

Eurovision is already back on our calendars and in our minds for 2026. This year, the European music icon will be celebrating its 70th anniversary in Vienna, later this year in May. With the contest only months away it’s time contestants start their preparations, but who is it that will be representing Australia this year?

Well, it’ll be none other than Delta Goodrem! It’s been revealed that a recent costume of hers at the Mighty Hoopla Festival in Bondi on the 21st of February actually held a cheeky little hint to her selection for Eurovision.

The outfit in question which has been dubbed her “croissant outfit”, had many fans speculating and making guesses before it was announced that the singer had been selected for Eurovision.

“So I had that made for the Eclipse video … but I ended up wearing it at Mighty Hoopla. I’m not 100 per cent sure I nailed that outfit, … I’ve welcomed the croissant (comments). I’ve actually been calling it a croissant, but it was meant to be an eclipse. … Eurovision is something that has been circling me for a while, where I definitely had a lot of people talk to me about it,” – Delta Goodrem

Eurovision arrives May 13th on SBS.
