The fairytale on premiership in the senior women’s and men’s AFL Canberra competition has turned into a nightmare for Batemans Bay.
The Seahawks hard work and winning ways hit a wall on Saturday up in the national capital.
The Bay went down in the women’s season decider to Googong 7.9.51 to 1.3.9.

The Mens outfit only beat their opponent, Woden by two points a fortnight earlier.
Unfortunately, the Blues turned the tables on the Seahawks on the weekend 13.7.85 to 9.4.58.
