Further delays to the case against a Tomakin man charged in connection to a nationwide text message scam.
The AFP allege Brent Galambos sent texts to numerous individuals claiming they had missed payments and their mobile services would be restricted unless they paid.
Yesterday Batemans Bay Local Court Magistrate Doug Dick granted a further eight-week adjournment to provide more time to investigate the matter.

The DPP told the court the 36-year-old had allegedly used various bank accounts and cryptocurrency to launder the money gained from the scam.
