A man has been banned from driving for two years and fined $1000 after being dobbed in for getting behind the wheel high on drugs.
Well known electrician business owner Shannon Matthew Stokes was in rehab when the sentence was handed own in Batemans Bay Local Court.
The 50-year-old found by police swerving all over the road.

Magistrate Brian van Zuylen told the court Stokes had a poor driving record and was already on a community corrections order for breaching an AVO and a on a good behaviour licence.
