A Far South Coast police officer will not be charged in connection to an Apprehended Violence Order currently before the courts.
An AVO application is currently proceeding before Batemans Bay Local Court against Andrew Tyler.
The court was told yesterday after several weeks of consideration police have decided charges won’t be levelled against him.

In fact the court was told there is an assessment being made on whether the AVO application will proceed any further.
The matter will return to court in a fortnight.
