A public hearing will be held next week on a controversial proposal to build a gated senior’s residential housing development in Bermagui.
The Southern Region Planning Panel, who will decide the fate of the 120 home development application on Nutleys Creek Road to hear from residents opposed to the project.
Bermagui Community Forum said Bega Valley Shire Council is also opposed to the DA being approved after receiving 76 public submissions.
