New roles for Federal Gilmore MP Fiona Phillips

After retaining one of the nation’s most marginal seats with an increased majority – Gilmore MP Fiona PHILLIPS has been given added responsibilities.

Phillips has been appointed chair of the Standing Committee on Regional Development, Infrastructure and Transport and a member of the Standing Committee on Primary Industries.

She’s also been appointed to the Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade – and will chair the Trade Sub-Committee.
