Eurobodalla Shire Council look set to have another go at developing a masterplan for Batemans Bay.
An independent review has heavily criticised a number of aspects of the draft planning document following public consultation last year.
Issues raised include the proposed increase limit for building heights, expected population growth, the timeframe the plan covers and a lack of good records from the community engagement process.

The council will discuss the next steps at an Extraordinary Meeting next week.
