The Brazilian man charged with murdering a 24 year-old Far South Coast woman on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast will return to court this morning.
38 year-old Guilherme Dal Bo is charged with one count of murder and seven of attempted murder over the incident in Maroochydore last December.
It’s alleged Dal Bo was driving his car when he had a minor altercation with a group of men walking across a road late at night.

Police allege soon after he mounted a footpath in the car and drove into the group.
24 year-old Mallee Smith from Broulee was nearby and didn’t know the men…she was critically injured and died two days later.
Dal Bo has been remanded in custody and is back in the Maroochydore Magistrate’s Court this morning.
