A man on remand for 115 charges including performing sexual acts on a child under ten has been ordered to re-appear in Moruya Local Court next month.
We are legally prevented from naming the accused.
The charges include 103 counts of intentionally recording an intimate image without consent, sexual intercourse with a child under 10 and producing child abuse material.

He is yet to plea to the charges.
The Telegraph reports the DPP successfully asked the court to adjourn the case for several weeks. The case will be mentioned again on June 5.
