The case against one of seven people charged over an alleged gang attack on two police officers has been adjourned to Bega Local Court on Tuesday next week.

Benjamin Phillips’ lawyer Adam Sumbak told Batemans Bay Local Court yesterday he would likely be making a bail application before then.

The 40-year-old is on remand after his first attempt to get released was refused by the Parramatta Bail Court last week following his arrest.
