A man has denied he has a problem with alcohol or drugs after fronting court for his second serious driving charge.
MASON JAI WILLIAMS entered a plea of guilty in Batemans Bay Local Court after returning a mid range blood alcohol result in December last year.
Magistrate Doug Dick asked him if he had a problem with alcohol or drugs after referring to a previous drug driving conviction.
Williams, who represented himself, said NO.
When asked why he did it…he replied he has no excuse. It was a dumb idea.
Williams has had his licence has been cancelled for three months, ordered to fit an Interlock device when he starts driving again and fined $1100
