A man from the NSW QLD border remains on conditional bail after having his charges upgraded to manslaughter on the weekend over a fatal crash at Tura Beach.
Police allege Edward James McCoid was driving a white sedan on Sapphire Coast Drive in June last year when he crashed resulting in the death of a 46-year-old male passenger.
The 33-year-old was already accused of high range drink driving and aggravated dangerous and negligent driving occasioning death.

He’s due to front Bega Local Court again next week.
