A man who wants to have the label habitual offender removed from his record has drawn a rebuke from a magistrate after failing to front court for the matter.
Gavin Bond is banned from driving until 2038 after a long list of driving offences.
Batemans Bay Local Court has been told Bond had not broken the law for three years but is unable to apply for a licence again while ever ‘habitual offender’ is stamped on his file.

Bond is expected to face court today.
