A man who wants to have the label habitual offender removed from his record has drawn a rebuke from a magistrate after failing to front court for the matter.

Batemans Bay Local Court has been told Bond had not broken the law for three years but is unable to apply for a licence again while ever ‘habitual offender’ is stamped on his file.
