A development application for a new aged care facility at Moruya is currently up for discussion in the town.
Draft plans for the the IRT site on Spencer Street include a mix of residential aged care, retirement living and key workers accommodation along with on-site amenities including a health centre, library, café and clubhouse.
Due to the value of the proposed development the state’s independent planning panel will make the decision on whether it goes ahead or not.
