A man has been committed for sentence in the District Court after pleading guilty to his involvement in a serious assault during a break and enter at Surfside.
27-year-old Jesse Edmunds, from Catalina, has pleaded guilty to two charges related to the incident in July last year including assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company.
The court was told two other charges against Edmunds have been dropped by prosecutors.

He’s been ordered to front Bega District Court in March next year with his conditional bail continuing.
