The driver charged over fatal striking a woman after a crash in Central Tilba has faced court for the first time.
Jaco Houghton is accused of drunkenly striking an already crashed car on on Mt Dromedary Trail on January 5 this year killing a 36-year-old woman.
The 33-year-old is facing a number of charges including drink driving and dangerous driving under the influence occasioning death.

Houghton has yet to plea to the charges and will face Bega Local Court again on November 24.
