A man from Quaama requested his case on serious drug supply and weapons charges be set down for hearing during his latest appearance in court.
Jarrad Vince Roy Agius remains on strict conditional bail including abiding by a curfew and a ban on using social media and messaging apps.
The 32-year-old previously pleaded not guilty to a range of charges including two counts supplying a commercial quantity of drugs and dealing with the proceeds of crime and unlawfully possessing a firearm and ammunition.
In court papers police allege the 32-year-old from Quaama was found in possession of almost $10,000 cash at the time of his arrest.
In Batemans Bay Local Court his bail was continued with his hearing to be heard on July 23.
