Skills Required
Physically able to stand for extended periods (2/.5-3 hours),sometimes in hot and/or wet/steamy environment; Good attention to detail to ensure pots, trays, dishes, cutlery etc is cleaned to a high standard; Ability to assist Chefs with some routine food preparation as available; Able to work cooperatively in a small team; Ideally available at least most evening s and weekends and some weekdays.
