Skills Required
Experience in a fast paced setting is preferred, a background in bistro-style cooking and working as part of a team. Industry experience as well as formal qualifications is an advantage, and they must be able to work as part of a team. Stock ordering, staff management and knowledge of WHS practices is also needed.
