Bistro 1878 at The Top Pub, Commercial Hotel Pambula is looking for a hard-working, friendly team member to join our busy bistro. We serve hearty pub classics to a loyal local crowd and take real pride in good food and genuine hospitality. You’ll greet and look after customers, take orders, run food, keep the dining area clean and set, and help with restocking and opening and closing duties. The bistro serves lunch from 12pm to 2pm and dinner from 5:30pm to 8pm. You’ll need to be available from before service starts for setup, through to close. This is a great role for someone who loves being on their feet, enjoys a busy service and wants to be part of a supportive team. Full training is provided.
